Marks & Spencer (M&S) has expanded its premium food-on-the-move range with the launch of a new Chocolate, Strawberry & Pistachio Creme Sandwich, alongside the returning, viral Red Diamond Strawberry & Creme Sandwich. They’re in stores now.

The New Menu Addition: Launched just in time for Wimbledon, the new sandwich features cocoa-enriched bread, Fairtrade dark chocolate sauce, seasonal British strawberries, and a roasted pistachio crème.
The Return of a Cult Favourite: Back for its second year, the original Red Diamond Strawberry & Creme Sandwich returns following a massive success last year, where it sold over one million units in just five weeks.
£900k Factory Upgrade: The pistachio innovation was unlocked by a £900,000 supplier investment from Greencore, who opened a highly specialised, dedicated nut production facility in January 2026 at its Northampton “fortress factory.”
Strategic Growth: The rollout serves as a live example of M&S Food’s transformation strategy, which relies on long-term supplier partnerships and exclusive factory capabilities to drive market-leading product innovation.
